Homework Policy

Homework, both study and written, is assigned every night. If written homework has not been assigned, there is always study homework. It is the student's responsibility to make sure all assigned homework is copied in the homework log before leaving my classroom. The use of the homework log is NOT optional! If an assignment is not understood, the student is welcome to see me after class or before he/she leaves school. "I forgot to copy down my homework", "I didn't understand what I had to do" are not accepted excuses in my class. All assigned written homework must be completed on time, neatly and completely in order for credit to be given. Projects that are assigned will come with an explanation sheet which include specific directions and the due date. No late projects are accepted after the due date. In the event that a student is absent, it is his/her responsibility to have someone turn in the project that is due.
